Prior to your window cleaning service, our owner visits your home or business to determine an estimate of cost and time. Factors include building size, number of windows, whether we clean the interior and exterior, and whether we need to power wash before. We are fully staffed and equipped to complete your window cleaning service as close to the time we estimate. We also understand that you are allowing us into your home or business, and we value your time.
We check the weather forecast multiple times throughout the day. If we notice showers or a passing storm, we still come to your home for your scheduled window cleaning. No worries, we take extra safety precautions in inclement weather. If the weather becomes too heavy with no sign of passing, we will contact you immediately to find the next best day and time.
2. Readiness
Nothing stalls a project faster than running out of supplies or attempting a job under-staffed. We dispatch sufficient staff to meet your specific window cleaning needs, and we send fully-equipped vans to ensure supplies do not run out. We provide everything, including ladders, safety signs, water-fed poles, squeegees, soap solution, and microfiber drying cloths.
3. Preparation
The most common question we receive is, "What do I need to do to prepare for my window cleaning service." Our answer? Nothing. Our trusted, meticulous staff treats your home as if it is their own. If needed, we carefully move curtains, blinds, decorative items, or furniture. We also cover items as needed, including the floor. When the job is finished, our staff cleans everything. You won't even know they were there, except for your sparkling clear windows.
4. Respect
We carefully vet and train our staff to ensure a top-notch experience for you. Our window cleaners are experts in their craft and respect your home as if it is theirs. They are professional, swift, quiet, and thorough—and they dress for the occasion in protective clothing and booties. For added measure, our owner performs many of the services himself and meets with you personally to resolve any issues, should they arise.
5. Cleanliness
We appreciate that you have families and pets at home, or customers who need to enter a safe business environment. Not only are our cleaning products safe, we take extra care during and after your window cleaning service to keep the area clean and safe. We keep cleaning supplies out of reach of children and pets. We also cover surfaces as needed, move window treatments and furniture, and wear booties to protect your floors. Your window cleaning service is not complete until we clean up after ourselves and put everything back just as we found it.
